Bobby Williams Wins the Mr. Bass of Arkansas
Tournament on Millwood Lake
Bobby Williams Wins on Millwood Lake!!!
Bobby Williams topped 45 pro's fishing the 3rd MBOA Tournament
of 2010 by catching 3 bass that weighed 9.89 pounds. Although the
lunkers were scarce on Millwood for the pro's, plenty of bass were
brought to the scales. Here's how the top 3 pro's caught their bass:
1st place - Bobby Williams - 3 bass - 9.89 pounds
Bobby was so sure that he would not cash a check with 9.89 pounds
on Millwood that he left before the weigh-in was over!!! Little did he
know that 9.89 pounds would be enough to win the tournament!
Bobby caught his fish on Texas-rigged Senkos.
2nd place - Greg Carpenter - 3 bass - 9.83 pounds
Greg started the day with
swimbaits, but switched to
Sweet Beavers to catch his
bass. He commented that he
lost a couple of good fish
that he couldn't wench out of
the mats.

3rd place - Steve Meyers - 3 bass - 9.24 pounds
Steve commented that he had
a great day on the water. He
caught over 30 fish during the
day on Zoom Brush Hogs in
2 - 3 feet of water.

Ryan Maxwell Wins the Amateur Divsion
Ryan Maxwell with a Millwood Toad!!!
Ryan Maxwell topped the Amateur field with 12.98 pounds. His sack
included the day's big bass, an 8-pound + "toad" that he caught on
a Spro Poppin' Frog.

3rd - Jared Allen - 6.97 pounds
4th - Brent Kirkendoll - 6.58 pounds
5th - Bryan Austin - 6.17 pounds
