MR. BIG BASS OF ARKANSAS ENTRY FORM & WAIVER

  • All local, state, federal, Coast Guard and Arkansas Game and Fish regulations shall apply and must be observed at all times during the tournament. All competing boats can be inspected at anytime requested by tournament director or his affiliates. All decisions with winnings, prizes, entry acceptance, etc are all subject to approval of the tournament director of Mr. Bass of Arkansas If at anytime a contestant is disqualified anyone fishing with the disqualified contestant will also be disqualified from competition for the entire event. All prize winning anglers will be subject to a polygraph test to ensure tournament integrity. Protests must be registered in writing with the pool weighmaster within 30 minutes of the awards ceremony. Decisions and polygraph results will be communicated to the parties involved by the tournament director. Mr. Bass of Arkansas expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any entry form. - All competing boats must be equipped with marine navigation lights if you are on the water before safelight. - All competitors are required to wear a Coast Guard-approved life vest anytime the combustion engine is in gear. All competing boats must be equipped with an operating kill switch attached to the driver while the main internal combustion engine is in gear. All boats must be equipped with an operating live well. (An aerator in an ice chest is acceptable) however it is recommended to have water recirculation capabilities. All Competing anglers must have a valid Arkansas fishing license in their possession unless exempt. MRBASS Launching and Rules All anglers must gain access to their fishing area by way of a hard surface PUBLIC RAMP a designated Corps of Engineers camp ground or launching area. launching ramps maintained by state or local government agencies. - Any public water that can be accessed by floating your boat into the area without getting out of your boat is eligible water. - No casting or fishing allowed before 6 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. either day of the event. Scales will close at 5 p.m. each day. Absolutely no fish will be weighed after 5 p.m. - You can fish any public water in Arkansas However, you are required to weigh your fish at the weigh-in site at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds in front of the live audience. - Official time will be broadcast via radio stations and Facebook live. - Only largemouth, smallmouth and Kentucky spotted bass (black bass) will be eligible to be weighed in. - All fishing will be done with a rod and reel, trolling will not be permitted, artificial lures only. The use of pork rind is acceptable. - A non-contestant can ride in a boat with a contestant. However, the non-contestant cannot fish, drive the boat, or assist the contestant by netting a fish, etc. -No contestant is permitted to fish nearer than 50 yards to another contestant’s boat that is anchored, unless permission is received, or 100 yards either side of each pool weigh-in site. - Fish must be weighed the same day as caught. Dead fish will not be weighed. -Each contestant is allowed to have a total of one (1) fish in their possession at any given time during the tournament. Only the largest fish per contestant is eligible to win the overall prize. -No electronic tracking devices may be used to locate fish for tournament purposes. However, depth-finders and graph charts are acceptable. - No anglers can have more than one (1) fish in a weigh-in bag. Tournament weigh-in bags can be provided upon request upon arriving to weigh in site at the Arkansas state fairgrounds. - Any fish altered in any way will be disqualified immediately and that contestant will be subject to prosecution under federal law. This individual could additionally be banned from all tournament fishing in the state of Arkansas for life. - No fish under 5 pounds will be weighed in at the weigh in site. - All fish weighed in each day automatically become the property of the tournament committee and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Mr. Bass ProAm and the AGFC may gather additional information from the angler about location of catch. They may also gather fin clips from weighed fish for genetic analysis of the fish.’’ ALL FISH WILL BE RELEASED IN ARKANSAS WATERS
  • By my electronic signature, I have read and understand the rules and the agreement provided by Mr. Bass ProAm. The undersigned acknowledge that there is a significant risk of injury from the activities involved in the Tournament including the potential for permanent injury and death. The undersigned agree that they are knowingly and freely assuming all risks of participation in the Tournament and assume full responsibility for their participation in the Tournament. I acknowledge & understand the tournament committee has the right to cancel the Tournament at any time with refunds being given to each contestant. If I place for any prize I will submit to a polygraph examination or be disqualified and abide by such results. THE UNDERSIGNED BY AND FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NEXT OF KIN DO HEREBY RELEASE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY MR. BASS PROAM, PRO GEAR SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES, SPONSORS AND THEIR AGENTS, AND ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN THE TOURNAMENT, ALL SPONSORING AGENCIES, SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS, AND IF APPLICABLE, THE OWNERS AND LESSORS OF THE PREMISES USED TO CONDUCT THE TOURNAMENT (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY INCURRED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. FURTHER, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY ALL RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, COST DAMAGE OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES ARISING OUT OF THE UNDERSIGNED’S PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT. SAFETY and SPORTSMANSHIP: Safe boating must be observed at all times. Life jackets and kill switches must be used any time the combustion motor is in gear. All contestants are required to follow the highest degree of sportsmanship, courtesy, and conservation. At the discretion of the Tournament Director, tournament days may be shortened or cancelled due to unsafe weather or water conditions. Shall this occur a refund would be given to each contestant or transferred to next event. No alcohol or controlled substance can be used or allowed in the boat during tournament hours. Entry forms that are not completed in full will not be accepted. Tournament entry fee is $100 for a single day and $175 for both competition days. Check, credit card, or Cash must accompany this entry form to qualify for tournament entry. By E-signing below, I swear that the above facts are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
